This is not your daughters Yoga. Primarily we focus on the body that has had injuries. We are a casual business. I mean that as long as you are not wearing tight fitting clothing, you are able to do Yoga. We allow you to progress at your pace not ours. Weight is not an issue. We can always help you to become flexible. Classes are $5.00 a class. We do suggest for best results coming to class 3 times a week give you the best outcome.
