Dreams to Memories Foundation

Dreams To Memories is a Christian based, registered non-profit, charitable foundation serving families in Western New York. We assist terminally ill parents with children under the age of 15 years (and living in the same home) with an opportunity to have an everlasting family wish experience. The primary recipient is an adult, however, these dreams directly involve children through a parent's last wish to create a memory for their loved ones from desires as simple as a family fun night to a dream vacation.
