Prior to working for us candidates must pass an extensive skills test: once hired they complete our rigorous operators training program before they are allowed to take their first call. We monitor performance on a daily basis to ensure our high standards are maintained and there is always a supervisor on duty to add another level of quality control. We also voice record all calls coming in on your line to protect you from any “he said, she said” misunderstandings.
