Wellness Achieved Studios

Wellness Achived is located in Lauderdale by the Sea. The two studios specialize respectively in private/semi-private Pilates sessions on the studio equipment and Mat Pilates/Yoga in small group format. From beginner to seasoned athlete, we'll assist you to effectively reach your goals. We suggest a program for you depending on how your body performs in the training itself. While primarily a Pilates/Yoga studio, we also offer private lessons in functional strength/cardiovascular training, traction stretching, and deep healing meditation. We recognize that one modality does not cover all. The goal is a balanced body. We address other aspects of health and emphasize personal responsibilty and consistent practice in all areas of life. We offer wellness coaching for the individual, home, and business. Wellness Achieved has been in the area for twelve years. We teach skills and body mechanics that can be applied to any sport or daily activities. Whether you want to learn how to pick up your grand-children without hurting your back, shave a few minutes off of your run, reduce wear and tear associated with repetitive movements, or just get healthier and happier all around, we can customize a program specific to your needs.
