1.) A NW HOW™ roof consultant completes a FREE & thorough inspection of your roofing system. Any hail or wind damage found will be marked & photographed.

2.) We will show you our roof inspection pictures, review the storm damage found, explain our process & answer all of your questions.

3.) If storm damage is found, we will call in an insurance claim together. We will represent your best interest by providing your insurance company an accurate assessment of the storm damage to your home.

4.) We will meet with the insurance company’s adjuster on your roof & show them specific areas of hail or wind damage to your roof. We work together with the adjuster to make sure all damaged parts of your roof system are fully addressed in scope & cost.

5.) Once the insurance company has approved full roof replacement, we will assist you in selecting the best shingle type & color for your new roof. We then work with you to schedule a time to build your new roof.
