Our name is derived from the Italian word consul. A consul served as a magistrate or governor, which provided stewardship to the people. Thus we established Konsulati to serve as steward of person to protect the elderly and disabled by acting as their private fiduciary and personal representative. Konsulati (con-sue-LAH-tee) provides fiduciary services for probate matters, including the following: Trust Administration (Estate Trustee), Trust Property Management, Special Needs Trusts, Court-Appointed Conservator (Committee), Limited/LPS Conservatorships, Estate Executor, Agent for Power(s) of Attorney, Personal AdvocateNotary Public (California), Experienced Speaker. We are actively involved with National Guardianship Association, Orange County Bar Association, Professional Fiduciary Association of California, and/or State of California Fiduciary Bureau.
