The carpenters, Mike and Jim, who worked on my second story porch did excellent work, were happy to discuss it with me, done in two days (mostly) and the price was very reasonable. Dealings with Mr. Adams, though, were more difficult—confusion about quotes, schedules changed but not communicated, promises made then wiggled out of. Not sure what the real issue is on that end. If workmanship and fair pricing is what you need, they’ve got it, but it will take some effort on your part to make it happen. Of course, your mileage may vary. (I'd give 3.5 stars but this meter doesn't acknowledge half stars.)
