Here at O'Rourke Realty bringing a combined two decades of real estate experience, John and JoAnne will help realize your real estate dreams! We specialize in selling North County Inland and Coastal Homes in San Diego, where we have lived since 1999. Through the years we have received many awards including Presidential Award, Leading Edge Award, 100% Club, and Executive Club. We are involved in our communities through Kiwanis and we were honored as Kiwanis Family of the Year in 2008. John has coached youth sports since 1991 and John and JoAnne enjoy volunteering for local schools and church. John attended State University of New York @ Oneonta to study Business Economics and JoAnne studied nursing at Molloy College and is a Veteran of the U.S. Army where she served in the 80's and 90's. We have three sons who enjoy volunteering and serving their communities too!
