SoHo MD

Soho MD provides confidential, compassionate mental health services for patients throughout the NYC-NJ metro area, with locations in the Upper West Side and SoHo districts of New York City along with Morristown, New Jersey.

The practice offers an array of counseling and other services, including psychotherapy, pharmacotherapy and cognitive behavioral therapy for patients suffering from anxiety, depression, chronic pain, attention deficit disorder (ADD), and addiction and substance abuse issues. The practice also works with patients facing emotional issues around their finances and those seeking greater fulfillment and achievement at school and at work.

Established in 2005, the practice is founded on a belief that the body and mind possess critical capacities for healing, and treatments are based on a holistic approach. Proper sleep, healthy diet, exercise, nurturing relationships, proper planning and enjoyable activities are seen as the pillars of a healthy happy life. Talk therapy and medications are the tools we use to help our patients achieve and maintain those critical foundations.
