I got into real estate after being a long time investor myself, doing fix and flips. I never tired of that but I kept having friends ask me to help them with their real estate needs so I broke down 25 years ago and got a license.

I'm very protective of my clients which makes me an excellent choice for first time home buyers especially. There's a solution to any problem the market might throw at me. I become involved with my clients by being an exceptional listener. That, to me, is critical - taking the time to listen to their wants and needs. I have remained friends with almost all my past clients because we establish that rapport. It's a huge decision, whether it's buying or selling a home but my goal is to make that process fun.
