Applecross Podiatry

Applecross Podiatry provides podiatry services to the southern Perth suburbs. Staff include 5 podiatrists and 5 reception staff. As well as treating all foot complaints, Applecross Podiatry supplies orthotic garments and appliances. It is open 6 days a week. Services are covered by private health insurance and Veterans’ Affairs.

Applecross Podiatry opened in 1992, to service the Central Melville area. It now incorporates the former Booragoon Podiatry. Applecross Podiatry has five full-time podiatrists, and a reception and administrative staff of five.
Applecross Podiatry is open six days per week. Treatment services are covered by private medical insurance funds. Holder of Veteran Affairs Gold Cards can obtain unlimited podiatry services, as well as up to two pairs of orthotic shoes if deemed necessary to provide adequate foot support.
Applecross Podiatry treats all foot disorders, including:
• Pain in the arch, heel, leg, knee and back.
• Bunions and Neuromas
• Athletes’ foot and plantar warts (verrucae)
• Sweaty feet
• Dry feet
• Nail disorders, including bruised, thickened, misshapen or ingrown nails
• Corns and calluses, either between the toes or on the sole
• Cuts and bruises
• Children’s foot health
• Diabetic care
In addition to clinical podiatry treatment, Applecross Podiatry also supplies a full range of orthotic wear and appliances, including custom orthoses created using a laser scan of the foot and 3D design software to create unique, patient-specific supports.
