In 1996, Jeff Schade began Champion Fitness Physical Therapy in a single building in Pontiac, Illinois with the idea that the patient should come first-always! Now, almost 20 years later and with several clinics operating in central and southern, Illinois the mission continues to be our guiding principle. We have treated patients, provided great experiences and produced positive outcomes for thousands of patients, but most importantly we have created thousands of relationships in the communities we serve.
CFPT specializes in sports medicine and orthopedic pain and injuries. Our entire staff is committed to your care and creating a positive experience so you can return to your: home, work, sport, life – as quickly as possible. We perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, therapeutic modalities, and strength training. We will give you the individualized care, motivation and education needed to reduce pain and inflammation while increasing flexibility, strength and endurance.
