Operating out of St. Thomas, USVI, AeroMD provides top-notch medical emergency and non-emergency patient air transport throughout the Caribbean and around the world.

Each AeroMD aircraft has two flight crews and two medical teams on rotating stand-by duty 24-hours-a-day, every day of the year to ensure that life-saving care can reach the patient within the critical first hour or two of a traumatic event. Both aircrafts are outfitted with technology and equipment comparable to an ICU at a U.S. Trauma Center in order to best accomodate any medical issues.
