Sidekick Martial Arts and Fitness (“Sidekick MAF”) is New Jersey’s premier martial arts and fitness club. We offer Martial Arts programs for children, families and adults, as well as, Fitness programs specializing in kettlebell fitness & Ginastica Naturale® (cardio yoga). The instructors are trained professionals who are certified to teach the physical and character building traits that develop black belts from the inside out. The instructors concentrate on teaching focus, discipline, self-control and perseverance.
