Ace Exterminating began in 1988 and has consistently provided quality service to Middle Tennessee. Over the years, we had numerous customers ask us about mold and moisture problems because we were in the attic and crawl spaces where it grows. So, many years ago we began to explore mold and become more involved with the process which lead to the creation of Ace Mold Proof, our mold and moisture division. We are now licensed and certified with tremendous experience with identifying and removing mold and moisture problems. Several of our employees have the national certification (IIRC) and our mold business has grown by leaps and bounds. We specialize in dealing with real estate transactions as well as both residential and commercial remediation.
