Florance Electrical Pty Ltd was founded by Alex Florance and Luke Picken, two born and bred Territorians whom combined have over 15 years experience in the Territory marketplace. Watching the significant growth the Top End has been experiencing over the past few years, with several major projects commencing and housing construction increasing at a rapid pace, Alex and Luke noticed something. During this time of growth, the availability, quality and reliability of trade services had substantially decreased, leaving customers behind. Recognising an opportunity to meet customer needs where the industry was lacking – reliability, quality and punctuality - they set out to create a company with a difference.
