Sidewalk Chef is led by Indian-born Chef Shashank Agtey, an accomplished culinary trained chef with extensive restaurant and classroom experience. Learn from a pro who has cooked for President George H.W. Bush and President Bill Clinton. We can teach you how to make 5 star cooking in 20 minutes or less. Classes involve a wide range of topics based on your skill and comfort level. Chef will teach you what restaurant supplies to stock up on, knives to use, healthy alternatives to tasty fusion cooking involving east/west fusion and antioxidant spices. The focus is on natural foods organically grown with a tasty twist. Chef Shashank is available for catering, as a private chef, or for at home cooking demonstrations and parties.
