RedPeak acquires, develops and manages apartments in Denver and along Colorado’s Front Range. We hold a portfolio of 30+ apartment communities that are located throughout the greater Denver metro area, including Cherry Creek, Tech Center, Central Denver and Littleton. In total, we currently manage more than 2,500+ apartments.

Our approach to creating distinctive living environments and producing positive financial results starts with identifying under-managed communities in desirable locations. We then invest in those communities in two ways: With capital, to obtain and improve the physical assets, and with the efforts of our outstanding property management teams to create friendly, cohesive communities.
