We have 28 buildings containing 330 spacious updated Fairfax apartments ranging from 1 to 4 bedroom units with private balconies or patios, walk-in closets, dishwashers and in-unit washer and dryer in the 3 and 4 bedroom units and select 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. We provide secure laundry facilities in each building as well. Our apartments are offered with all utilities included except for electricity.
