Susan is originally from Nashville Tennessee with stops in Boston, MA; Falmouth, VA; and Atlanta, GA before making Florida her home. After a long and successful career in advertising and marketing in the Palm Beach area, she started selling real estate at PGA National in Palm Beach Gardens. Since moving to Naples in 1998 she has been a top producer and has won many awards. She is eCertified, ABR Certified and a Relocation Specialist. Her areas of specialization include (but not limited to) Olde Naples, Port Royal, Aqualane Shores, Parkshore, Moorings and Pelican Bay.

She is a gardener in her spare time and loves the over 100 orchids and other native plants that surround her home. She has also been an avid boating and fishing enthusiast as well as an artist. Other interest include The Nature Conservancy, Naples' Botanical Gardens, and the performing arts.

She has three grandchildren in Chapel Hill, NC where her son-in-law is a professor at UNC and her daughter (Susan R Payne, Jr) is a free lance writer.
