My name is Tim and my wife's name is Leanne, We have 2 beautiful daughters, live in Kirkland, are the founders and owners of Top 2 Bottom Services. Our business started back in 2010 and has grown into a full home cleaning/maintenance business. Our clients expressed the need for more services as we already had built trust and they wanted that so they felt comfortable with the people they let into their home.What we hope people feel about our service is how passionate we are about our clients and how hard we try to make them happy. Ultimately the client needs to be thrilled with their experience.  We try hard to keep our prices extremely reasonable, and fair.  Most people say we were the lowest estimate with the best service.I am the only one who answers the phone and I'll be responsible for how the job goes and how you get taken care of.  My promise is satisfaction and happiness.  I know I need to achieve this to keep the relationship going and I take that responsibility serious.
