Our services
Your time is important to us. We strive to be available and on-time throughout the entire process. From the initial quote all the way to the day of the clean.

The first step with us is to get a quote, we will arrange a time to come to your home and take pictures and fill out a proposal for the services required. We specialize in roof cleaning as well as siding, walkways and any other areas being damaged by moss and algae.

We will leave a copy of the quote with you to review and if you decide to move forward, a $50 deposit is required. We will work on a date that is best for you, but it is not necessary for you to be home on the date of the clean.

On the day of the cleaning, the crew will arrive and go over the proposal (with you if you are home), make sure all the windows are shut and the hose faucets are turned on. They will then set up any ladders that will be needed. Next the moss and algae solution (ROOF WASH BY WASH SAFE) will be applied to the infected roof sections and allowed to soak while the rest of the set up process is taken care of.

The cleaning solution we use is called Roof-Safe and is made by a company named Wash-Safe. It is 100% eco-friendly and biodegradable. It will not cause any damage to children, pets, or plants. Roof-Safes main purpose isn't to kill anything, but to oxidize and release the hold the growth has on your shingles. Check out their website, they have a good video demonstrating the entire process.

After the solution has had some time to soak, a low pressure rinse will wash everything down. Starting from the caps we gently pressure wash every shingle in strips working down. Our trained professionals know to never spray up at a shingle at any time of the cleaning process.
