LB Associates helps its clients improve their project managment methodology by adding repeatable process to their current processes. We also train organizations in requirements elicitation and analysis as key elements to successful project management. In additon to training, LB Associates provides consulting services to support and reinforece the training and assist organizations to set up consistent project management practices. Our training is based on the best-practice standards established by the Project Management Institutute and the International Institute of Business Analysis. We have trained at governament and military agencies in the US and Canada; IT companies; and manufacturing organizations around the world.
