After earning his bachelor's degree at Ottawa University in Kansas, Dr. Cooper graduated from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, followed by additional advanced professional training at the University of Pennsylvania's Presbyterian Medical Center and Englewood Hospital and Medical Center. Today, he continues to advance his education and knowledge of podiatric diseases so patients can enjoy the widest array of top-quality care.
