New Beginnings Counseling

We are a counseling agency with a team of highly qualified mental health clinicians. Our mission is to provide a customized approach for addressing the unique needs of our clients by designing strategies for resolving internal and interpersonal conflicts. We believe that we can help in bringing about positive change and healing within our clients.

Our team has experience working with a diverse clientele and we provide individual, couple, family and group therapy. We can help with a number of emotional issues like depression, anxiety, adjustment problems. We also work with couples to help them with creating or maintaining healthy relationships. We can help families in dealing with different stages of life like marriage, divorce, grief and loss.

We strive to provide the latest and the most effective techniques and each one of us has an area of specialty. All our clinicians are trained to provide EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), trauma focused therapies as well as other techniques.
