We do one thing and one thing only….. we provide title agents, attorneys, and realtors with unrecorded and municipal lien searches for all of the cities and counties in the great State of Florida. We are founded on the principals of honesty and integrity. We strive to make each and every client a long term, ongoing relationship. At Florida Municipal Lien Search, we have a dedicated team comprised of diligent search agents, a client satisfaction manager, and a staff attorney. We search for municipal and county liens, unrecorded utility services, code enforcement violations, code enforcement liens, property taxes and special assessments. For an additional $25 fee, we also search for open and expired permits.
