Hamburger Hut formerly known as the Little Red Hamburger Hut was launched in 2007. Chef/Owner Gino Quintana and wife Stephanie Lueras offer burgers with the unique flavor of locally-grown Chile. Red or green chile and cheese burgers available on burgers are popular with the locals and tourists alike.
