We will perform a 400-point digital & visual home inspection. This will include a
thorough examination of the grounds, roof, crawl space, siding, garage, foundation,
walls, doors, windows, driveways, sidewalks and systems, such as plumbing, electrical, hot water heater, and HVAC. We will point out major and minor deficiencies to give you a complete picture of the home's condition. We will also identify any potential safety hazards that may be present. Within 24-48 hours of the home inspection, we will provide you with an easy to read, itemized and detailed report with pictures, reviewing and explaining the conditions found in the home. We will do our best to find any defect large or small. We will help you to understand the home inspection report and answer any questions or concerns you may have.
