"Van Hook Sports Performances was designed to give athletes instruction and training in Performance Enhancement in their specific sport. Our 7,000 sf training facility if dedicated to teaching athletes how to progress and gain strength and speed to develop themselves on the field or court. When an athlete steps on their playing field or court they will each have specific demands or needs, that is why at Van Hook Sports Performance we take care in designing a program based on current research and experience, with this individualized approach to each training session our athletes are getting more out of their training sessions — we understand that all athletes and all sports need specialized and specific attention. Our training begins with a Functional Movement Screen.
