The Goddess Diaries is part personal journey, part the culmination of effort to help women remember their sacred stories. In 2010, I was studying psychology and communications and was required to complete a semester-long class project. I designed and led an intensive journaling workshop for women. Through the intensive journal process, women were guided to examine the narrative of their personal experience. Using the context of Goddess Lore, the participants began to connect the dots in their own lives and see the archetypal patterns at play.

I did not know how powerful this experience would prove to be for many of the participants--or even for myself. Since this event, many women have asked for more workshops like these, to hear more Goddess stories, to learn more about how they can connect to their sacred feminine!

The Goddess Diaries provides that sustenance so many of us are seeking. Through self-reflection and self-examination, we remember who we are--that we do have a choice, we are capable of transformation and we do deserve a vibrant life!
