We specialize in Unique and Original twists on classic diner food. A modern, 70’s motif, hip breakfast joint that serves up intense flavors in the form of unique twists on American comfort food.
Menus favorites include our deep fried French toast, topped with fresh seasonal fruit or paired with our chicken fried chicken, Spam and eggs over cilantro lime rice with mango salsa and a large variety of fluffy omelets served with locally baked breads and homemade jam.
For lunch we serve 100% Angus beef on locally baked brioche buns, Caribbean rice bowls, street tacos and our famous fried bologna sandwich with cheddar cheese and caramelized onions on grilled garlic toast. Fresh squeezed (in front of you) orange juice, locally roasted 100% Costa Rican coffee and yummy milk shakes round out a great meal.
