Mike and Tony came out to evaluate my 20 year-old garage door mechanism--I assumed I'd need a new one, which we had discussed on the phone. Turns out my friend, trying to be helpful, had put the wrong grease on it. They cleaned that up and fixed a problem he thought could cause issues in the future all for very reasonable fee.
