I had an ADT system installed two years and three months ago. Their customer service is very poor. It takes weeks to get scheduled for installation. The door to my keypad has broken twice. They want to charge a $25 service fee to send a technician to fix it. Once a part went bad and my system was not working when I was out of town on vacation. They were unable to get someone over before I left. They have raised my monthly rate once so far. They do not follow their own procedures for calling the police in the case of an alarm. They only are good at collecting money.
