We are State Licensed as a Home Inspector and Structural Pest Inspector
To become a State Licensed Inspector we must undergo extensive training and pass two separate tests. Then, to become certified in Structural Pest Inspections, we must pass two more tests. Not all inspectors hold both licenses. Once you have the license numbers you can look them up to make sure they are active. My Inspector License number is 854 and can be verified at WA Stage Dept of Licensing. My Structural Pest License is 82691 and can be verified at WA State Dept of Agriculture.
