In 2005, John Sheehan started a company called Sheehan Property Service, incorporating in April 2006 and later changing the company's name to SPS Inc..


SPS Inc. started as a Property Service Company servicing both Commercial properties. Over the years we have offered a number of services, such as janitorial, porter day service, parking lot and garage sweeping, 24 hour emergency response service. As our company has matured, we specialized in power washing Sidewalks, Store fronts, Parking Ramps and Underground garages.
