Dusty L Humes, Ph.D.,

Dr. Humes has been doing forensic evaluations since 2002, and has extensive experience as an expert witness in the courtroom and with providing expert opinions in written documents. Areas of expertise include pre-trial evaluations in criminal cases, forensic assessment of psychological damages in civil cases, determination of capacity to parent, and evaluation reports to the court for immigration cases. Areas of particular interest include stalking behaviors, effects of sexual misconduct, and explaining severe mental illness to the court. Dr. Humes is psychologist and is licensed in both Texas and New Mexico.
