My law firm was founded at the onset of the 21st century in Fort Lauderdale and now has been extended with an office in West Palm Beach with the express intent of devoting my prior experience as as an Assistant United States Attorney prosecuting cases for the government as well as a former Assistant State Attorney for Broward County.
I am first and foremost a zealous advocate of your rights and interests. My approach is to analyze each particular circumstance of a case and determine how to put you, my client, in the best possible position. My first goal is to get your case dismissed or to have you acquitted. When this cannot be done, I then use all existing legal maneuvers to diminish the consequences.
