In June of 1994, former registered nurse, Renee Selby became a stay-at-home mom. When her child developed severe asthma in 2003, causing her to take numerous medications to prevent the attacks, Selby anxiously began looking for alternative solutions. She determined thather daughter’s asthma could be aggravated by, even attributed to, toxins and chemicals from everyday household products, so she began throwing away personal care items, cleaning chemicals, processed food, and more—anything with artificial ingredients, colors and preservatives.

To her relief, a shift to natural products helped to improve her daughter’s condition.
