My signage points to my personal website, I do virtual tours on all my properties, I list these virtual tours on Realtor, all 3 MLSs, and my website, I enhance my listings on Realtor with additional pictures, enhanced descriptions, and headlines. I have the Featured Listings on Realtor which is presented upon search criteria before entering, and is presented on the first page of every search engine in the Real Estate link. I advertise locally, and on Washington Post and cable TV, when warrented. I work with the Appraisers, to help them get the comps they need to bring your property to maximum value.
