I’ve been licensed in Real Estate since 2005 as a Realtor/Broker and also now a property manager. Before that I ran a mortgage company and bank so I am well versed in all areas of Real Estate Transactions. Where others decline clients on the tough deals I work hard to put every one in a house if they so desire. I strive to help seller know what to do and make look right to get top dollar for their home. Buying a house? I also strive to help get all the details in an offer to get my buyer the best deal possible and to get their offer accepted if there are multiple offers.
