Sportsplex@Fairfield

Our concept was to create an indoor recreational community that allows residents of Fairfield and surrounding towns to experience a broad variety of activities for children and adults in a nearby and convenient location.

Most of the individually owned venues specialize in forms of body strengthening and stamina through sport or fitness training. This serves to challenge, entertain and promote growth that can result in lifelong healthy habits.

Adults and children participate in the following activities at Sportsplex: ice skating, ice hockey, fencing, gymnastics, cheerleading, dance, Parkour, rock climbing, bouldering, Pilates, yoga, weight training and fitness, Taekwondo, boxing, cardio-kickboxing, Jiujitsu, soccer, lacrosse, field hockey, football and volleyball. Sportsplex also offers classes in art and pottery, sewing and design and tutoring and educational enrichment. All venues are staffed by certified and trained instructors.

The success of our project is evidenced by several venues having already expanded.
Sportsplex offers a full day summer camp with before and after care in which nine different venues participate. A special needs camp is also available with a slightly different format and camper to instructor ratio. In addition, Sportsplex has created after school programs for many of the local public and private schools, providing transportation with our personalized Sportsplex bus.
Sportsplex is also home to a full service restaurant, a vegan juice bar and a gourmet meal market, for busy families who want to maintain a healthy diet and lifestyle.
Various venues at Sportsplex organize birthday parties that are fun, easy for the parents and professionally supervised, Bat/Bar Mitzvahs, scout outings, special events, and corporate outings and team building.

The Sportsplex management team has worked with various local charities throughout its existence in offering active, sport and fitness related fundraisers.

With 120,000 SF of buildings on a six acre campus, Sportsplex truly offers something for everyone. Located directly off of I-95, exit 21 and adjacent to the Fairfield train station, the ease of accessibility has made the Sportsplex a destination for participants from near and far.
