At The Corner Vet, we know the foundation of keeping your pet healthy is attaining a thorough medical history and performing a complete physical examination.
Veterinary medicine has veered away from these two critical pet care services and has come to depend on expensive diagnostic testing. That is NOT what we are about at The Corner Vet.
We will talk to you about any concerns you have and ask important questions to be able to understand how to best take care of your pet. We will do a complete ‘nose to toes’ examination and explain to you, in terms that are easily understood, what is found along the way. Together we create a healthcare plan that you need and can afford.
We administer only the highest quality of vaccines available, living up to our promise of providing you high quality care and service. We follow the vaccination guidelines of two of the most respected groups in veterinary medicine: The American Animal Hospital Association (for dogs) and American Association of Feline Practitioners (for cats).
We check for parasites as directed by the Companion Animal Parasite Council, and follow their guidelines for prevention using the best medications available at the most affordable prices possible.
Preventative care shouldn’t be considered optional; it should be considered ESSENTIAL care. The old saying “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure” couldn’t be more relevant in regards to your pet’s health.
