* Move furniture to center of room as needed

* Cover and protect all items with new plastic tarps

* Protect all flooring with clean drop cloths

* Remove switch and outlet covers

* Remove curtains, blinds, and shades as needed

* Fill all nail holes as needed

* Minor drywall repairs as needed

* Pole sand all walls to be painted

* Scrape and remove bumps or blemishes from walls

* Apply tape to baseboard and other trim as needed

* Prime bare drywall and mud as needed

* Prime all walls where needed

* Cut in where needed

* Roll paint on where specified



* Clean up all paint tools

* Throw away any empty paint cans

* Leave extra paint for home owner

* Remove tape and throw away

* Re install curtains, blinds, and shades

* Re install switch and outlet covers

* Remove plastic tarps and throw away

* Fold up all drop cloths

* Put furniture back as needed

* Haul away all trash and debris
