Monarch Landscapes

Monarch provides landscaping services for residential homes, residential communities (including condominiums and apartments), neighborhood entrance and common areas (we work with HOA's), commercial buildings, corporate headquarters, retail centers, health care facilities and industrial parks. Monarch Landscapes is a fully insured, licensed and bonded landscape and irrigation contracting company. We carry worker compensation, general liability and property damage insurance with a limit of $1,000,000 per occurrence. Monarch is licensed by the State of Tennessee to provide pest control services under the category HLT Lawn and Turf Grass Pest Control. Our current staff numbers over thirty employees and we service over three-hundred clients in the Middle Tennessee area.
