Steven C. Youngquist engaged in a family law practice for over 40 years in Rochester, Minnesota before opening an office solely dedicated to providing an array of Alternative Dispute Resolution Services, including mediation, arbitration , Social Early Neutral Evaluation and Financial Early Neutral Evaluation. He provided those services for many years in conjunction with his private practice.


Steve is a graduate of the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks and attended law school at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. He has served as a guardian ad litem and administrative law judge presiding over child support hearings. He is a regular educator for the Olmsted County Dissolution and Custody Planning Classes. He is a past chairman of Rochesterfest, a major annual summer festival and celebration of the City of Rochester.
