Cookies & Crema

At Cookies and Crema, we strive to give you the highest quality products available. We use locally sourced ingredients when available. We believe freshness is key. That's why we get ALL of our coffee roasted 2 times a week. All of our coffee is Fair Trade, and roasted by a family owned roaster out of Denver. We use Royal Crest milk, and have Almond, Organic Soy, and Organic Coconut milk available as well. We care about the products we carry, and it shows. Beyond just our coffee. We fresh bake our cookies and scones in the store. We carry other pastries that are baked daily and delivered from a Denver bakery. We use bread from this bakery for our sandwiches,THAT ARE COOKED TO ORDER, not prepacked. We use eggs from Platteville Colorado, and natural California cheeses.
