The tech arrived within the time frame specified, he identified the fault and started explaining the repair and spare part options with detailed pricing. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He did all the work efficiently. I couldn't say if the price was within the norm or not. I would hire them again for future work.

The technician called first (as promised), showed up on time, provided a cost estimate of the repairs, plus an estimate for recommended upgrades, did a professional installation within an hour, and left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived. I was very impressed with their customer service!
