About a week ago we just had a "leaky" water heater replaced that Rockford Plumbing installed for us 3 years ago. I called them and they said a plumber will be coming on our way soon, after just a few minutes, he came and found the unit to be defective & replaced it FREE OF CHARGE without any further explanation. The technicians that came were not only professional but has a very great personality and they were funny. NO WORDS can express of how HAPPY I am to everyone at Rockford Plumbing, from Michelle in the office who scheduled the repair to John & Sam who did the a wonderful service & consideration for our home. I applaud your work ethics & attitudes! You will always have my support!

I made call right away when our toilet was leaking. These guys were right on time and fixed it before the situation gets worse. They have most excellent plumbing service compared to any plumbers. Rockford Plumbing were a big help...
