Jessica is a life-long resident of Kilgore. After graduating from Kilgore High School and Kilgore College, she ventured to Louisiana to further pursue her education. Jessica received her Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.

Jessica Holmes is active in her hometown community. Jessica is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and the Longview Area Association of Realtors. She is also on the Kilgore United Fund Board and is a member of AMBUCS of East Texas.
