Essence of Serenity is here to offer you the relaxation you need. Our 10' x 18' in-ground pool is heated to 97 degrees with jets. This temperature control means the water is warm enough to relax the muscles and improve the range of motion while in a safe and natural environment. We are open to all adults who suffers from arthritis, fibromyalgia, sciatica, joint pain, pain caused by surgery, and any other type of pain or those who just want a place to relieve stress. These health benefits come from the mechanical and thermal effects of water interacting with the body. In addition our team offers a wide range of services including massage therapy, water aerobics, aromatherapy, self-rejuvenating acupressure techniques, body wraps, detoxes, and other holistic health practices.
